Mixed Plantings by Elizabeth II
Very nice Elizabeth. Your hanging plants photo looks nice and makes me envious. I have a hard time keeping any hanging plants because it is windy on my property and I fail to water as often as needed. But planting them like on picture #4 -on the ground or another short object- works fine. What plants did you use in that photo, number 4? There is something that looks like a red penta. What else did you use? Thanks for sharing, Luis
In Picture #4 i chose to plant st. johns wort, red penta, red verbena, white verbena, variegated sedum, and pink million bells just so it wouldn't be just red and white. the plante diagonally from corner to corner is about 24" , probably 18" from side to side.
Thanks!
I really like number 1. Very, very pretty. Is that a "Mother of Thousands" planted in there?

I liked two and three. what is the vine in the pot with the caladium?
Martha
Sorry its taken me so long to reply... i have been on vacation to PA..
ok
staceysmom,
yes that is a small mother of thousands in the succulent container.
gardenmart,
in cotainer 3 its not a caladium.. its a black magic taro, and the vine is creeping fig....the same kind oyu may see growing up walls or fences. it does wonderfully as a trailing accent in any shady container! :)
Thanks for the comments!!
