I ran out of room, so I decided to plant some melon and squash seeds on the compost pile!!!

They look better than anything I have growing in the garden!
That's like feeding from a buffet line everyday hehhehhee, nice strategy.
They seem quite happy there, too. Good early morning and late afternoon sun, dappled sun to shade during the harshest part of the day. They are getting huge and just beginning to flower. Thank heavens! I was fearful for the last few days that I might end up with Elephant Ear foliage and no fruit!
