Hi all,
I'm not sure exactly where to post this so I'm trying here 1st.
My DH was going to put down MS today but the guy at the local hardware store told him it was too late already. The directions on the package also say to put down in April and then again now.
I could have sworn I read somewhere here that now was the time to put it down.
Please advise ASAP!!
THanks in advance,
LoraB.
Too late for Milky Spore?
The time to put it down is when the beetles are still in the grub stage. Here the beetles are out and eating as fast as they can. Hate hate hate them.
Milky Spore is good stuff, but really it's best if the whole neighborhood uses it. And it doesn't kick in right away; it takes time. I used beneficial nematodes this year; they also take a while to work.
