Antique Furniture

Windsor, United Kingdom

As a regular visitor to auction rooms in the UK I can't help but notice trends and fashions in Antiques and collectibles. Antique furniture for example seems to have been out of favour for quite a while now with prices remaining quite static. This is especially the case with Victorian and Edwardian mahogany and other dark wood pieces, they do not seem to fit in with modern living spaces which tend to be very light and bright. However, like all trends and fashions they move in a circular motion so if you are a serious furniture collecter/dealer hang on in there.
