Sybil..Nice Poly does it do that for you often?
Blooming July 8
Jazz: This is the first one I've seen on it, but I only planted it last year. This was it's FFO this year.
pelletory, love that form and the blue on Abundant Cascades
princessyfs, isn't it always a surprise what a day's sunshine and heat will do to daylily blooms - sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised; sometimes I keep my fingers crossed all day hoping that it will work its wonders. :)
Elegant Candy is! I'm sorry I forgot to buy it yesterday when I had the chance.
se_eds, I love amethysts (my birthstone) and squid. What a terrific way to combine them! That's a beaut.
se_eds, How different are the shades of those last 3 "whites"? I'm looking for more "white" ones than just the Joan Sr. and Ice Carnival that I have. The form is not as important to me as the color not being too yellow. (But I dooooo like that Snowy Owl's form!)
Snowy Owls form is the best. Snowy Apparation and Gentle Shepherd are whiter.
I have a white sseedling of Gentle Shepherd ( abt. 4/5 yrs. old) which is whiter - will post when it blooms.
Stamiles "White Zone" is large and showy (tet) but appears to be a white with a uniform overlay of very light yelow.
Oh, I'm glad to know that about Gentle Shepherd. I bought it this year but haven't seen any blooms yet.
Sigh...all just gorgeous... thanks for sharing. Elaine
