I made a second batch of peach jam today. I didn't measure the fruit since they were the same peaches I used for the last batch...just based it on an average of 4 peaches per cup. Well, I ended up with about 3 pints more than I should have...and the jam is not setting up. Can I recook it and add more pectin to make it set up? Or am I just stuck with sloppy peach jam???? Maybe I can get away with calling them peach preserves...LOL!
