Found this recently, but just one. There may be others as well. Here it is sitting quietly. Would like to know if they are any bane to gardeners. What this could be?

Lovely insect, any dangers from it?
It looks like some kind of long-horned beetle (family Cerambycidae) to me. Some long-horned beetle adults like to visit flowers for pollen and nectar and some adults don't eat.They are usually of no harm to plants.
