Weight loss challenge July 2-July 8

Since leaflady has been injured and not running up to speed, I will start the new thread. Hot here today, and rained on the hay Spouse had down to chop for this afternoon so we bummed to Madison for a couple hours. Ate at Ponderosa (not the best choice, but could still eat healthy if we chose to). I had meatballs, some kind of chicken-fried beef patty, which wasn't even too bad for fried, as it wasn't even greasy. Corn, rice with a dab of gravy for flavor. A couple of spoonfuls of a peach cobbler and 2 cookies. Sorta bad, but still sorta good. :>)

Leaflady, hope you are on the mend. How is everyone else doing? I know the 4th is going to be a free meal for lunch.........picnic at SIL's.
