weeds

I read an article a while back that I can't find anymore about using herbicides on weeds. The method was using some kind of upside down bottle on a stick with the hebicide in it, with a wick type applicator so the weeds can be touched with this and not touch any good plants around it..does this bring up any ideas???

Yup. Remember when you had to lick stamps or if the office didn't have a postage meter? There used to be those little plastic bottles that held water with a sponge applicator to wet the stamp. Strap one of those to a stick and paint the weed with the weed killer, a little crude but it worked. I've got one of those sitting here in my office that I used to use for stamps. I think it is an antique now! Along with me! LOL
