I never, and I mean never get photos like that! My subjects have to either be dead or asleep for all practical purposes. Great photos of the snake!

Me too :( Dead is probably the best. Because even sleeping things can and will move. I just took an online digital photography class. I imagine I flunked.

didnt mean to post that one again.....meant to post this one..alligator snapping turtle , another pond visitor 12in x 12 in this one with a 6 in tail claws and a beak.stands up tall on his legs and can run at a good speed
