Print Screen button not working

I origionaly posted the second question as my subject as post and then I tried for the picture and my print screen button isn't working! What could I try doing to fix it?


When I'm saving my images, it would be so easy to have my Plants folder second in line in the pull down menu. I hope I explained this right and was clear.

How can I move the folder up so it'll be second in the order?
