Hello everyone. Tomorrow I will be heading for another endurance ride, this time in the Ochoco Mountains in central Oregon. So today is rush around and get packed, have everything watered, etc. The raspberries are ripe and the wasps are having a picnic on them so I won't get many. We ate the first zucchini in a stir fry and the corn is making tassles. We bought some corn at the supermarket, what a disappointment. It was old and tough. We keep checking the local fruit/vegie stand but they aren't open yet. Hubby is out mowing thistles in the pasture. Must go, I need to ride the horse that is staying home to keep him tuned up, then get the trailer packed for my trip. Keep counting those blessings.
