I bought one of those containers that had a roma tomato and different herbs. The parsley is yellow (so is the dill, but the oregano is fine) and the leaves of the tomato look like this: (see photo). What is wrong? I don't see any insects around. Is it a disease? Or a moisture (or lack there of) problem? Tamara
What's up with this tomato?
The folks on the tomato forum are really good with diagnosis - I would post this over there!
Just happen to be passing thru the neighborhood and noticed the virus. Appears to be mold and septoria leaf spot. There is no cure. Destroy the plant before it spreads any further. This is the danger in buying store bought plants. If you can, start your own seed or never buy co-mingleing veggie plants. If you must, inspect the plant for any spots, yellowing, blossoms or mold.
