What would cause a bunch of horses at a stabling barn to be underweight? Looks like they eat lots of hay, and grain, and I think daily wormer. All are ridden regularly, and most are obedient & willing. Could it be severely contagious, say, if a horse was brought into the mix, kept mostly in a stall, but trained there, for, oh... 2 weeks?
