moles and voles

Does anyone have any ideas on getting rid of moles? I seem to be infested with them this year. I have planted my peas three times and each time they tunnel right under the seeds and eat them all. I have tried the Castor oil granules and the gritty stuff called Vole Blok but it doesn't seem to discourage them. Help!!

It's probably voles. I think moles only eat grubs. I've had vole problems for several years. I haven't found a repellent that really works. They've killed some of my evergreen shrubs over the winter chewing the roots. I've used poison baits (any of the ones made for moles), but you have to find their trails. And follow the directions carefully so nothing else gets a hold of the poison. You can also set traps. If you don't want to kill them, have-a-heart traps are also a possibility. Here's a link.

The darn things either jump or fall into my pool and then can't get out and drown. I fish 3 or 4 dead ones out every summer. And that just gives me the willies.
