OK, these are from my company daily newsletter. Could someone explain #3, please??

#3: If this item were hooked up to an EEG machine, the readings would be virtually the same as the brain waves of a healthy adult. What is it?

A: Jell-O

#4: In Kentucky, it's a law to do this at least once a year. What is it?

A: Take a bath

#5: Every year, 12% of the US population does what?

A: Gets arrested
