Wow, that's a great collection of ferns. Be sure to show us some pics as they grow. Were they online purchases?

Bartlesville, OK(Zone 6a)

I got them from munchkin Nursery back in February. Well, I ordered them in February, got them early May.

Here is the website www.munchkinnursery.com

I love your new ferns. I have a few of them, but my favorite is the Frizzelliae. It stays little (at least for me.....this is year 3 for my first one) and looks fabulous planted with my mini hostas.

9kittymom,
That's a great collection you have there! I think you have a couple of labels mixed up, I would switch your Ghost and Applecourt lables around ;)
Shady

Bartlesville, OK(Zone 6a)

Possible, I guess. I just took the tag from the little pots they were shipped in as I potted them up.

I would never say it couldn't happen, but I was pretty careful.

Since I don't know anything about ferns, I can't tell by looking like you can. LOL

Thanks for the info though.

Try to tell me SOMETHING I am not collecting.

Thanks for the compliments!

I went and looked at Ghost and Applecourt this morning, and I think Shady is right. I may just switch those nice labels around.

BTW, those NICE MARKERS are still available in the co-op forum, ending June 19, 11pm CDT.

Please excuse this commercial interruption......LOL

LOL,,,somehow I Knew you would say that,,,,,,how about water plants for your pond?

Bartlesville, OK(Zone 6a)

Can't do that one either, we have Koi and weed eaters in there and they won't leave them alone.

I have always wanted some water lilies, but I don't want to pay that much to give the fishies a treat.

Carol,
Nice Fern

Well, I hate to report that Applecourt is trying to die.

I have no idea what is wrong, but everyday I go out and another frond is swriveled up. I don't see any bugs.

I am very unhappy about it of course. The others are doing fine. What have I DONE to my fern????

:(

My DD has them, Applecourt, in the north in her garden and they are under a lot of things....much shade. Also, her soil keeps pretty moist no matte what. I hope this will help.
