Absolutely beautiful; is the color in the picture true to life? I've never seen a hydrangea that deep a blue. Does it actually have a little purple tint to it too? What a lovely thing to look at as you start your morning!!!!

Thanks terracotta - it is sort of wedged in by a huge azalea grew up and up - I have a piece I started from this plant in another location and it is blooming pink. It is all about the ph...

Lovely!! We actually have one at our front door that is that blue and I love it! On the other side of the house I have one that looks similar but the heads are much more lavender colored. I guess I should check the pH and see if it is different. Can anyone recommend a meter that is both economical and trustworthy?
