What's Blooming today: 6/5

Some of them I know, some are new today. But all I wanted to share. I had to get a letter in t he mailbox so made it outside early enough to catch some of the morning bloomers.

I looked in my Florida Native Plant books. Some I found, some I didn't. This one I couldn't find.

A mimosa, not to be confused with the sweet soft sensitive. This one is the evil sister: Schrankia microphylla

I think the last one is asclepias tuberosa.

I am not really familiar with Florida natives. But The last one is definitely asclepias tuberosa, which is native up here in the midwest too.

The fourth one looks like a morning glory type of flower ...
