ID for iris

Any thoughts? Resembles "Velvet Dusk," came from my late mother's garden. She grew other historics, like Indian Chief, Accent, Wabash, so I'm thinking this is likely to be from roughly the same era, 50's-60's.

PS It also looks a little like Eleanor Roosevelt, because of the purplish tinge at the end of the beard. Help?

I don't think ELEANOR because E doesn't have such prominent haft marks. Also E is not a TB, but an IB. Is yours short?
VELVET DUSK is a better guess.

No, this one isn't.

On the other hand, there are two around in another bed that are shorter than the the other TB irises there. Hmm. Maybe I have both. Thanks so much.
