I started this last year. Went all gung-ho and bought spices and have saved all kinds of jars. I made salt dough mini cinnamon buns. Thats a toungue twister! Then I put a few drops of cinnamon oil, then dipped in apple cinnamon scented wax many times. When they dried, I added the potpourri. I usually mix a little of everything in there, like allspice, bay leaves, dried orange peel... I make a jar topper out of old quilt pieces, or fabric or put in an old mason jar. Sold a few on ebay, but this time of year I can't sit still. Time flies and before you know it, cold weather will be back.
