I found some scrap wood that hubby used as trim on the screened in porch, cut in lengths, painted them red, white and blue, stapled them together on the back side with a staplegun and added the rusty star, painted the little stars and distressed it a little and tied on some homespun fabric for a hanger.

Just trying to stay busy!
