I love this iris. It had a marker that said RITE OF SPRING. But when I looked it up in the plantfinder the other pictures of ROS were just blue without the lovely purple highlights. Could it vary that much or do you think this is something else?

I think your pic and the two in the PlantFiles are the same cultivar. The variations you are seeing are most likely caused by different cameras under different lighting conditions.
