Earlier this year I made these for a friend's monkey-themed baby shower.
How I did it:
- Created pattern on computer
- Printed and cut-out pattern (pattern ©2006)
- Cut and assembled the pieces
I love the different colors and textures that are offered by paper providers. Wavy corrugate is the banana interior, vellum exterior. Monkey is a heavy textured brown with velvety face/hands. Set is four pieces: invitation card, banana, monkey, envelope.
This is an extra converted into a birthday party card.
