I have a smallish kitchen and no pressure canner, so I was very happy to discover that there is still a community cannery in our area. You can do up to 100 quarts of tomatoes, for one example, in just part of a morning. These canneries used to be all over the valley, but now there's just the one. Such a fun way to spend a couple of hours, with other folks who like to "put up" their produce.
Anyone else have a cannery nearby? Ever use it?
