Well, I've discovered yet another obsession: yoga. Started it just a little while ago, and I've got to say, I've never felt so energized. It's perfect: low-impact (actually, it's NO-impact), spiritually and physically satisfying, and I can already feel those "pushing-30" pounds melting off my body. I'm much more tranquil, and my circulation and breathing have improved exponentially, even my muscle tone is improving. I can also incorporate my other health routines, like meditation and Reiki, into my yoga routine. Does anyone else here do yoga? Tell me ALL about it!!!
