Does anyone know what the name of this clematis is? I didn't write it down when I bought it last year..do they call it a semi-double because it has 8 petals? It's about 5" wide

opps...unless it's an abnormal bloom it can't be Ville de Lyon..helpmefind/clematis says it only has 6 tepals..I suppose that means petals?
