when i bought this plant from a nursery it was deep red,then it never bloomed again ,now this year its blooming and look at the color
why its not the right color
The ph of the soil and whether or not you have aluminum in the soil affects the color. Even if you keep it in the same pot and sopil as the nursery, the acidity of the rain can affect the ph of the soil and cause the bloom to change color.
I have read that it is hard to get good reds in so warm a climate.
