Finally, my Dream of a farm!

Actually it will be a small farm even though it is 19 acres. The acreage is fairly steep excepting a few somewhat level areas, but it has a barn, root cellar, potable spring and spring house (although now on public water), and even a chicken coop that needs cleaning and work.

I'll need all kinds of suggestions. I want a small fruit orchard, some berry bushes, and a large veggie garden. A mid-size tractor with mower, auger and a bucket. Here's the place:
