I get so overwhelmed by all that I "have to" do that sometimes I am paralized and end up doing nothing. My husband tells me to focus on just one thing - to pick one thing - and make sure it gets done, then consider the day successful.
Today my one thing was cleaning the kitchen. This is my usual "one thing" lately and it is easy to choose because if I do it everyday there is not much to clean. My list, however, is not getting any shorter.
My "one thing" for tomorrow is cleaning the front porch.
