rookie needs help

I'm hoping that one of you folks can help me.
I will start by saying that I just recently got a Kodak easy share camera (C340) Up to this point I have no experience with digital cameras at all.
I have been able to download my 1st group of pics to the computer .
I also have been able to then "browse" and post a pic.
I guess it was dumb luck the first time.
I'm saying all this because now...........

I have downloaded the 2nd group of pics to the computer.
However, when I "browse" ... I cannot find any of those 2nd group. (1st group is still there) to post.

Any ideas to what I did wrong?
