Now I went and did it. I used a removable caulking around my storm windows this winter. I thought I got all of it removed before taking it out. When I took the storm window out the top of the storm window frame was stuck to the window frame. The storm frame is aluminum. What can I use to stick the top of the frame back onto the glass?
