Grass seeds, dogs ears, and socks. I have a question.

Citra, FL(Zone 9a)

I love the way various "wild" grasses look and don't go crazy about cutting them down until I realize they are types that have seeds that will stick in my socks and eventually migrate into my skin, either on the spot, or after the laundry has mixed everything together (never wash socks and underwear during foxtail season!). Even worse, as far as I'm concerned, they hurt my dogs by sticking in their fur and ears and other places.

What ornamental grasses have safe seeds? Or should I say the reverse (I hope), which do not? I was going to plant several different types this year, but then started thinking about the pointed issue of seeds.

Will you tell me about the seeds of grasses you have and their seeds, so I'll have a reference from experts?
Thank you.
