Leptosiphon "French Hybrids"

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Has anyone ever grown these before? I bought some 6 packs of them today. The nursery gets them from Annies Annuals...I couldn't find too much info. on them. They supposedly get 6" tall and spread about a foot...They look like a nice Cottage Garden flower...Any input from anyone who has experience with them would be great!

I'm trying them(with success) for the first time this year. I've heard they should be left fairly close together and planted with other small plants or a container as they can get lost in a mixed boarder.

Well, I don't have experience with Leptosiphon but I wintersowed the seed for this season.

I think the seeds are also sold at T&M, listed as Linanthes-androsaceus French Hybrids. I picked up a bunch of seeds for this summer. It was suggested as an alternative to short bedding marigolds. I hope they look as good as the photos = )
