This was supposed to be Jewel Baby, but I will keep it anyway!
A Few Medians Showing Off
That's it for now!
Did you find out if "Jewel Baby" is actually something else? I would love to add it to my list. (Getting longer every minute...)
Sharon
Jewel Baby is a dark purple. I'll see if I can find a pic of the 'real' one.
Here it is in the PF.

It may not be jewel baby, but I can see why you are keeping it anyway. Any iris that performs like that is worth keeping.
What's the significance of the 'Woods' in the names of the white and gold/brown?
very pretty Iris,
you are having a good bloom season
Your one that was suppose to be Jewel Baby reminds me of my Cat's Eye. I love Boo with the grape hyacinth.

I'm not sure about the Woods in the name. I need to check the tag further. I bought 3 or 4 from a local nursery and they all have that in the name.
I hope the TB's bloom as well as the medians!
There are no irises registered with "Woods" beginning the name. I suspect that these are unregistered seedlings, either hybridized by or acquired from someone named Woods.

I'm going to have to try for Jewel Baby again! I love that one!
Wish I could grow dwarfs, those are lovely. I ordered a few IB from the snowpeak co-op, so I'll see how they do here.
This is the first year for blooms, so maybe next year will be better. It's so hot here, but the TBs and BBs like it.
Sandy
I like your jewel baby Deb, seems to be a bit darker than mine, but mine was the first bloom too. I'm keeping mine too LOL
kathy
OH yeah, all those others are really pretty, I love those medians.
