I started my Datura using the Curse & Stir method except I didn't put in different seeds. They have been coming up at regular intervals so I spoon them out of the incubator, transplant them then stir the soil in the incubator and wait for more. In another few weeks they will be large enough to go into their final home.
Also, I noticed on one Datura seedling 3 cotyledons! Has anyone ever seen that before?

Sounds like a definite seed saver even if it doesn't have nice flowers . next generation might be different .
