I wish I knew more about the skinneriana, but don't,I heard about on fragrant plants, but I do grow the figo, and it can take either, partiual'or full.I know the plant roots easy from cuttings.

I have three skinnerianas in my yard at High Falls, GA and they are all in the sun and do fine. The one in the Research Garden in Griffin, GA is in the sun and does well. It is about 6 ft tall and 10 ft diameter. The skinneriana is a form of the Figo but was breed to keep its leaves throughout the winter.
