Today I noticed the most beautiful wildflower growing in the ditches alongside the road. They grow in little clumps and have a bright yellow daisy like flower on them. The leaves are rather heart shaped. I would like to know what it is so I can maybe plant some down by my pond or alongside my own ditch. Some was actually growing in the water in the ditch so being water logged evidently doesn't bother it and it thrives in those conditions.
Any ideas? Wish I had a picture to show you. The clumps it seems to grow in were about a foot in diameter.

What is it?
Marsh Marigold??
That's it!! I looked it up and saw the picture and that is it. Now I just have to find a source for it since I really don't want to crawl down in that yucky ditch to steal some. Ha!!
