Congratulations, Tammy. That sounds like a great progress report. Wish I could say the same for myself.

I'm still at 143# so that isn't too bad. If can stay there for a while I won't complain too much. I still do want to get below 140# and stay there. But I have to watch every bite I put in my mouth. And I'm not sure it is worth that.

The weather is lovely. I hope it stays lovely next week. I have so much to get done & last week got messed up with doctor appointments, etc.
