Lovely Denise. You have quite a few. I tried to grow Rosario once without luck. Perhaps it was the vendor, but dutch iris are so easy to grow. I especially enjoy the draped Japanese Iris. All things of beauty. Your place must be lighting up about now!

Do you know what type of iris this is? Thanks!

Looking at foliage it looks like a PCI...very pretty.

Rain all day yesterday and today wanted to spray and put down snapshot. Well no rain, but lots of wind so out mowing the 2 acres of grass while my honey and grandson are putting in the new fence for the new iris area of 1.5 acres,.

Oh joy.

Thanks for the ID.

Only 1 and a half acres of fence? They should be done by 6:00 don't you think. The new iris area is going to be grand!

I did get to spray my iris for leaf spot yesterday - it's got a fixative on it now too so it should last for two weeks until I have to spray for it again..........I've never had it this badly.

Does the snapshot work for keeping the weeds down well?

The wind here is bad, no way I can spray today hopefully tomorrow. Doubt they will get done in 2 days as we put up a fence like for cattle on the outside and there are alot of post to be put in...

That is great news on the spraying:)

Snapshot and Ronstar keeps the seeds from germinating.

Out to take pictures
