Help! I've got several packages of Dahlia tubers that say "plant with pointed ends up". Sites on the internet say to lay it horizontally in the hole with the eye facing up. Some of these don't have buds yet (that I can see). Can anyone tell me how to plant these Dahlias? Thanks!!!
