How old are these plants?

I love JOHN's baby! I didn't think JOHN would be a good parent, being an IB and all. I wonder who the daddy is? Maybe an SDB?

Kay - These are now all two year plants 3 from seed to bloom.
Laetitia - John puts up seed pods every year so decided to plant some of them.
John almost got gone from here until this little on bloomed.
the second and third seedlings are getting ready to bloom so in for more surprises

I really enjoy seeing all these babies! What fun it must be for you as they open in person.

I too love John's baby--what a charmer--I hope it becomes a keeper. I added John last year (for Dad) and will think back to this when it starts to bloom.

Also the baby above it is very striking....the shading is so eyecatching!

Thanks for sharing.....I'll keep watching for more.

No Relation
Did not have Death By Chocolate until this fall and itt has not bloomed yet this season
This is a sibling to the first two SSu seedlings
