Help, I can't post pictures today...

Everytime I try to post a picture, explorer closes and goes away. This started this evening and I rebooted and cleaned up some things and it is still happening.

Any ideas as to the cause? I have always posted pictures on here and enjoy it very much. I would hate to think I couldn't do it anymore.
