Louisiana Iris and Aphids

Okay, so my LA Iris are blooming really well, but today, I noticed little white bugs. They are long (more like a very small worm with legs). They are small enough that you can't really make out much about them.

So my question is do, Iris get aphid infestations? Nothing else in the bed seem to have them, but they are definitely on the iris.

My LAs don't get aphids. However, I get rid of aphids on other plants by knocking them off with a hose spray. You might want to ask someone on the LAiris group..............

You can try insecticidal soap, just water, water with alcohol in it.

Here are a bunch of different types of aphid, some of which attack aphid. Evidently they don't harm the plant but can carry a mosaic virus so it's good to take care of them.
