Pink Jasmine vs. Star Jasmine - which do you prefer?

Hi my vines and climbers friends! =)
Quick question that it'd be great if you would weigh in on. Do you prefer pink jasmine or star jasmine?

My plan is to have the jasmine climibing a trellis along with a super dark purple clematis ('Negritianka') and I've been trying to decide between the two. I'm leaning toward star jasmine since, from the DG notes, it seems like it has a longer blooming season and the same great scent.

What do you guys think? Which do you prefer, of the two?

I think if I had to choose between the two I would choose the star jasmine. To me its a fuller more bushie vine. But, Im wondering if either jasmines you have listed will be in bloom at the same time as your clematis? If you didnt have your heart set on those two Jasminum officinale bloom at the same time as your clematis pretty much early summer to late fall (at least here). Just a thought. :o)

Thanks for the feedback, Heavinscent! This is a great point. I didn't notice that the blooming seasons are different! I may have to rethink it. Thanks for the recommendation of Jaminium officinale, I'll check it out!
