Leaves yellowing and dropping...yikes!!

Willoughby, OH(Zone 5a)

My flat of Daturas and Brugs had been doing magnificently till last week. Then I noticed a rapid yellowing and some leaf drop of lower leaves.Only info I come up with on the internet is nitrogen deficiency. Are they THAT heavy of feeders this young? They are in 4 inch peat pots planted in Pro-Mix and I water them with reccommended amount of fertilzer(maybe a BIT more) for seedlings. Schultz all purpose plant food-about 1/8 teaspoon /gallon. I was feeding them each time I watered.Did I burn them?I'm panicking because I have about a month yet before they can go outside.Any ideas? I plan to have a talk with them. They are under a 4 bulb fixture with 2 gro lights and 2 regular flourescent bulbs.
Thanks so much for any help.

That's very normal for these two plants - don't worry about it unless they continue to fall off further up the stem.
