I bought two large Tropicannas at Home Depot about two weeks ago and one was in bloom. Those blooms died off, and it bloomed again! I looked at it every day and noticed little round things where the blooms had been. Today I looked and the round things were gone and there were many little round things fallen into the pot. ARE THESE SEEDS?? If they are, can I just plant them in a pot now?
As you can tell, this is the first year I have tried Cannas, and I'm still in the DUUH stage!

Tropicanna doesn't make seed.
Those are where the seed should have developed if fertile.
They won't grow. Sorry .. )o:

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm disappointed to say the least, but they are putting up new shoots so I'll just enjoy seeing them spread.
