OK, you know you have spring fever bad when even the mail order companies are begging you to stop calling! So far, I've ordered for spring planting
6 Blueberry bushes
15 raspberry bushes
75 strawberries
23 lbs of seed potatoes (yes, 23 different kinds - Hey, I'm Irish!)
4 types of beet seeds
2 types of turnips
2 types of rutabagas
parships
shelling peas
bush beans
carrot mix
3 types of summer squash seeds
4 types of winter squash seeds
Italian onion seeds
Pak choi
Endive
Radicchio
Napa
Cabbage
salad mix.
Now before your wonder, we have a great local greenhouse which offers over 23 kinds of 'maters so I just get my starts from them.
DH knows about a few of these, but if he saw the whole list I think he might pass out...
I can't wait for spring!
Maybe went a little crazy...
I have to see this garden. Any pics of the beds?
(Grin) we're a little colder than you, we haven't prepared them yet, but I'me getting a bobcat this weekend
I'll Post pictures when we get everything in!
I have 17 varieties of winter squash this year. I won't list the rest... Clearly i like winter squash (a bit too much perhaps).
I can not imagine how many pounds of potatoes you are going to have this fall!
I look forward to seeing the pictures.
