Hello,I have been crafting soap/candles and bath items since 1998.I use old fashion lye on my face..I like it with lots of olive oil and other oils..If lye fills hot to the face...or worst yet..hot to the tongue...ug(did I say that)..To much lye was added..Its great for stains..and thats about it..when its like that..and maybe posin ivy.Ha!
