Ok, so this isn't exactly garden art but it is art from the garden! I have wanted to try and make lavender wants ever since I saw them in a gardening magazine. I trimmed my lavender today so thought I would give it a try. It was a little tricky getting it started. Then I ran out of ribbon and had to switch to a bigger ribbon. I didn't have any thin ribbon around, just scraps of this and that. Once I made it my daughter wanted it at her magic wand so I tied some ribbon scraps around and added bells because everyone knows you must have bells to make magic!
